To inspect finished good packing, re-packing and re-labelling.
To issue finished product printed labels.
To issue BPR's, labels, seals, LRF and ARF.
To distribute SOPs, STPs and other documents to relative department and maintain the history of distribution and destruction.
To maintain all documents, records and log books.
To monitor day to day IPQA, Sampling, BPR Reviews, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Qualification etc.
To prepare and update all the mater lists of documents and equipments.
To maintain record files of complaints, training records of QA, Equipment qualifications, water systems, internal audit report, on-line document checking, quality manual, cleaning validation data, Annual Product Quality review report etc.
To check and maintain track records of Vendor Qualification.
To prepare Release Note of finished product after approval for release.
