Manufacturing & Infrastructure Capabilities 

Robust Manufacturing Infrastructure 

Concord operates a state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility in India with an annual capacity of 802 million units. In FY 2024–25, we commissioned a new injectable facility equipped to produce 13 million liquid vials, 12 million units of dry powder filling, and 2,200 kgs of sterile lyophilized APIs.

Packaging & Warehouse

Our Finished Formulation facility includes fully automated packing lines for bottle and blister packaging of tablets and capsules. Our warehouse features a dedicated storage area for raw materials. 

Integrated Platform

Using in-house API production, our comprehensive platform integrates R&D, patents, manufacturing, and marketing capabilities, specifically tailored for formulation development.

Regulatories

Our OSD facility has been inspected by the USFDA and holds key regulatory approvals, including FDCA, TMDA (Tanzania), DPML, Ministry of Health and Prevention, NMRA, FDA (Philippines), Ministry of Public Health and Population Supreme Board of Drugs and Medical Appliances (SBDMA) , enabling us to serve global markets. It features state-of-the-art equipment with a high degree of automation and ample provision for future expansion.
