Indications & Usage - Sevelamer carbonate tablets are indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in adults with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) on dialysis.
Dosage & administration - The recommended starting dose of SEVELAMER CARBONATE tablets is 0.8 gm to 1.6gm. taken orally with meals based in the serum phosphorus level. Below mentioned is the dose regimen based on the serum phosphorus level.
